Payments

Payment for the appointment is taken at the time of booking. This can be through a major debit or credit card (VISA, MasterCard and American Express) over the phone, online, or face to face, through a secure payment portal. We also accept Apple Pay & Android Pay, and cash. Your receipt for all payments will be emailed to you.

You do not need Health Insurance, and can pay as you go for private GP appointments, health checks, blood tests, scans, and even seeing a consultant if you need.

Each health insurance provider, and individual policies, are vastly different. You will need to check with your insurance provider prior to booking the appointment whether private GP consultations are covered with your particular insurance policy.

Appointments can be cancelled up to 48 hours before for a full refund to your original payment method.
